Who we are

This website is run by AEasyI AI Developing Services, a sole establishment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holding E-Trader (Professional) licence no. 1617156 from Dubai Economy and Tourism. We decide how the information you send us is used.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you ask about, your message, and the language of the page you used.
• What you send us by email or WhatsApp, including files such as renders or photos for a project.
• Basic technical records kept by our website host when you visit (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested). They are used only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we use it

• To confirm that your message arrived, reply to you and prepare a quote, because you asked us to. You may receive one automatic email confirming we received your message.
• To carry out a project you have agreed to, and to invoice it.
• To keep records that UAE law requires, and to keep this website secure.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this website and delivers form messages to us.
• Google Workspace runs our company email, the list where we keep inquiries, and the calls you book in our contact form (Google Calendar and Google Meet).
• Telegram carries a short internal alert to our phone when a message arrives.
• AI services help us draft replies and make your film or automation. A person from AEasyI checks every reply before it is sent. Some AI tools may use what we upload to improve their models, so we only upload what the project needs and never upload personal data without your agreement.
• Our accountant or the authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these services store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or the European Union. We only use established providers that are bound by their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as UAE law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time, free of charge, to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send you a copy. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it. Email info@theaeasyi.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, to your local data protection authority.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (https) and strict browser security settings. Only AEasyI and the providers listed above handle the messages you send through the form.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page, we update the date at the top.
